Will I need a setup after string change 10s to 9.5s?

My SE Hollowbody II still has its original strings on and is due for a change. If I change from 10s to 9.5s will I have to do a setup? It's very well setup so I really don't want to mess with it unless I really have to.

Not likely. That's not much of a change. Perhaps a truss rod tweak. But, I think you'll be ok with a wrap around bridge. If it were a trem, you may have to adjust the claw screws.

I did this already. Let a little tension off the truss rod. Very little, like an 8th of a turn.
