I’m looking to replace my old factory bridge peice on my SE but I am not sure if the USA made parts are the same size?

OP consider a Paul’s bridge, same US stoptail with Brass inserts. I’ve done a few and love the tone/sound. Not that the og US stoptail is bad but Paul’s usually on to something.

The bridge will fit but the Studs will not
SE studs are metric threads
so use the new bridge with the old studs

This, but my recommendation is to spring for a set of the MannMade USA metric studs. You won't be sorry.

Nekkid brass or nickel plated...

As a disclaimer I should say that on the advice of people from this forum
I bought the brass metric studs for my singlecut
but the guitar sounds so good right now I have not added them yet
I will at the next string change

First of all I just wanted to thank everyone in this community for all the knowledge and insight. I am open to the Mannmade brand but I was kind of interested in an authentic PRS manufactured stoptail. I saw one on Reverb that said USA fits Core only so I wasn’t sure. I think I understand now, so the USA fits on an SE but the metric posts need to be replaced with metric only.(USA posts won’t fit Korean SE) I have not seen Paul’s Bridge but I’m interested! Thanks again!
