An old friend was there to greet me.

So, we started lookin' at some.



And we found some more really nice stuff like this.










And another guitar enthusiast showed up.

That first quilt looks all skeletal-fingery and stuff! Nice!
 
Aw yeah, that one piece is going to be a showcase model!

That piece was the show stopper of the day. It must have been a huge big leaf maple. I'm not usually a fan of 1 piece tops, but this one was so deep and consistent. DFD chose its sister (same log), and is having one made from the top pictured below. For all I know, it may still be available (hint, hint).
