Simply stunning! I’ve never tried walnut, but have heard good things about the tone.

It’s never made sense to me that it’s not used more often. Tradition?

Probably just tradition, but I have been seeing it on guitars from a lot more builders lately.

I’m seeing Spanish Cedar for tone similar to old growth SA Hog. I have one and really like it. Also very light weight!

Just not very pretty.
