Who can tell me about this guitar?

I bought this guitar brand new in 1993.
It's been through a lot! Its been part of seedier scenes than it was ever intended to be in.

I looked up the number and I believe its a made in 1992. But I don't know what model it is. It has 24 frets. The pickups have some oxidation on them, and I'm not sure how to clean that up. What are your guys thoughts on this piece?
