Which tremolo arm for a 1991 CE-24 ? Please Help !!!

Hi there , :hello:
I just bought from a friend a beautiful 1991 PRS CE-24 but unfortunately the tremolo arm was missing .
I read somewhere in the web that the ACC-4015 Tremolo Arm fits so I bought it but unfortunately doesn't fit at all !
Does anybody knows which tremolo arm is the right one for my beauty ?

Hi there and welcome!

As far as I know, the tremolo arm hasn't changed the whole history of PRS (I could be wrong). Perhaps there's something going on with the trem itself? Maybe the grub screw which tensions the trem hole insert has been done up too tight?

Can you post a photo of the guitar? (it's customary!)

I don't know but my question disappeared !

Anyway I just boyght from a friend a 1991 PRS CE-24 but thw tremolo arm was missing so I bought a new from PRS USA Parts ACC-4015 which it supposed that fits , but it doesn't.
It's not the grub screw that faults , the arm does not get in the hole at all !

I don't know why but my first thread just disappeared !
So I repeat it again here ..
I just bought from a friend a 1991 PRS CE-24 but the tremolo arm was missing.
I read somewhere that the standard PRS ACC-4015 tremolo arm fits on the older PRS so I bought but it doesn't fit at all !
It's not the grub screw that faults but the arm seems to be wider than the hole an the bridge so it doesn't get in .
Here are some pics of the guitar , any help really appreciated

John Mann’s Guitar Vault is the correct answer for just about everything.

The question is "Which tremolo arm for a 1991 CE-24?"
How does "John Mann’s Guitar Vault" answer that? They have a handful of tremolo arms with no indication whatsoever what guitars they work on.

I assumed this would be the best place to ask. No? Is it better to just email PRS support directly?

It says CE/SE. My CE had the same tremolo bridge as the SE line and I replaced it with a MannMade one.

I think it's only the current CE models that use the same trem as the SE line. I would think a '91 CE would use the same trem as a core PRS but I don't know. I would suggest an email to either John Mann or to PRS Customer Service to ask which one works.

Yep, I believe the older CE's used the original PRS trem arm.

My tremolo arm just arrived. Fits like a glove.

For the record, in case future web-searchers find this thread, the standard, non-SE tremolo arm is the correct one for a '91 PRS.

I may have an extra trem arm. The Mann one piece trem comes with a new trem arm and I bought two so I should have two floating around.
