which pots for Zach Meyer upgrade

looking to swap out pots on a ZM signature. Is it long shaft or short? Im going to wire it 50's style so I was thinking 500k or 550k. any thoughts? also pickup ideas would be a huge help, right now thinking about 36th anniversary, Wolfetone Dr V(neck) Marshallhead II(bridge), any other favs out there?

There are short shafts on the ZM signature and if you choose to use CTS pots, you need to enlarge the holes a bit with a reamer or drill.
