These are actually the second Bernie Marsden signature pickups that have been produced. The first ones were called the "Beast Buckers" and were made by marc from mojo pickups for crazyparts. They were originally limited to 300 sets but have just been released. Bernie has these in one of his other LP's (1960 gold top) I think - on CreamT website Bernie says the the goldtop now has the the Bernie Buckers.

again not cheap but worth it.
Both version are limited with certificates signed by bernie the major difference is the CreamT set have a lower output neck pickup.

They don't make the S2 Singlecut Semi any longer. I did pimp out my Zach Myers with core Starla pickups and Gotoh tuners.

I see ...I recognized the S2 body curve, but was wondering why I had not been seduced by this beauty prior to now ...They don't make the S2 Singlecut Semi any longer. I did pimp out my Zach Myers with core Starla pickups and Gotoh tuners.
This sweetie pre-dates my first guzzle of the PRS KoolAid ...I guess the need to simplify the product line meant the culling of some cool stuff. I have since seen the DC version (which would have my name all over it ) ... With my indoctrination to the S2 line via my Thinline McCarty... I would probably abandon the SE Hollowbody quest for such a beast... but I'd have to be trollin' Reverb or maybe that Dave guy's site now ... so H'mmm
Or maybe just Paul's Evil Plan to have me cop the SE Hollowbody ... Then have to come Back to Amerika, and cop an S2 semi-hollow upon re-introduction in a year or two ...

I bought the S2 Singlecut Semi from Dave's with the SD pickups. It's a 2015, used in like new condition. The pickup wiring was cleaner the factory wiring.

53/10s wouldn’t be cheap either. But just think you’d have a incrdible guitar for less than a new S2
