Which of your guitars do you actually PLAY?

Surprisingly low , as each doesn't get too much play and I clean the strings after playing. The PRS acoustics ( all US/PS) are VERY string sensitive so they are the exception .. I'd say <$200.. Odd to many .. My Music budget is based soley on my free capital at the time . Being retired for 7 years I squirrel away the money left at the end of each month , when there is enough ..I go shopping. With the short end of my prognosis being 3 more months .. I'm not too worried about it.. I may get another couple of years ! Of my PRSi the DGT rosewood neck gets the most attention as she's the latest.

The one I want to play in that moment. It's usually the McSoapy or one of the SC's, but all of them get some lovin'.

I have much less time to play lately, after a promotion that added more meetings with China (8:00 pm to midnight), multiple nights a week.

I love everything about this post, however, I’m sure I speak for everyone when I say we need you to stick around!

Indeed. @Greywolf I saw the post just before the edit...and then I had to look for that strange word you used that was not on my bag of English knowledge to make sure I was getting the point of the message. Stick around please.

In the last 48 hours I have played 5 of my 7 guitars
The 4 PRS guitars and a Strat
I don't have the really nice guitars some of you have
however the one I play the most is the 2009 SE Singlecut with the Pearly Gates pickups
followed by the love/hate relationship I have with my S2 10th Anniversary Cu24

I mostly play all my guitars regularly. The guitar that gets the least play from me is my first guitar. My grandma bought it for me decades ago. I’ve outgrown it even after a fret level and some new pickups. The Ibanez now hangs over all my other guitars. It sounds silly but hanging that guitar has inspired me to play more than having all my newer “prettier” guitars out on display. It’s the starting point of everything and reminds me of what it was like when I was absolutely consumed by everything guitar and music.

I try to rotate and play them all(13) through a couple week period so none of them sulk.
However my gigging and studio days are LONG gone so it's just for my personal pleasure ( the wife might say to her annoyance, but whatever!).
Here's a picture of most of my PRS.. ( added two more since this picture..lol)

Ha! "Both"!

I have one acoustic, my '11 Guild F-30, and one electric, my '20 PRS S2 Standard 22. I play them both all the time, the PRS a bit more because it gets the "unplugged" time when I need to be quiet...

I've had more in the past, but as retirement nears, I'm going to buy less and play more.

All Of Them.
Similar for me, but with the caveat that each is dedicated either to a certain tuning or tonal need (e.g. choice of pickups (active or passive, singlecoils or humbuckers), solid body or semi-hollow) and/or pup config e.g. HH or HSH), so some don't get played for long stretches of time if I am not currently working on song material that is applicable to their role in the stable.

I had more guitars in the past, but currently have a Taylor 514ce, a Breedlove Organic Solo Pro Concert CE Nylon Acoustic, and now a PRS SE Hollowbody II. Currently I'm playing an hour or two per day on my new PRS. It's been a long time since electric playing, and I'm really loving my first real hollowbody experience. Trying to get back to where I used to be in guitar playing fluency.

They all get some time here and there, but the NF3’s are the best fit for what I’m doing gig-wise these days so they see the most play time. The white and black Hollowbody Spruces are a close second.

I’ve been curious about trying the Strat thing again, and ran into a steal on an EJ Strat, so I’ll be toying with that some too. But for the foreseeable future, I’m an NF3 guy.
