One guitarist is using a PRS.

There's 2 actually. The 1st guy playing with Newsted is Mike Mushok(from Staind) I think...not playing his sig, but a CU24. Then Nick Cantanese from BLS playing his Sig.

I didn't know Chad was the drummer for Black Label Society now. Met him several times when he was in Breaking Benjamin.
