Where would you have your guitar signed?

So there is a meet and greet with Paul here locally. Where should I have my guitar(s) signed? Front? Back? Headstock?

I have a Santana SE and a Angelus SE Custom, just not sure where would be good. I think I'd like the Santana signed on the front kinda under where your arm rests but low enough not to get worn off. As for the acoustic, I'm stumped.

Any help?

Thanx ERIK

Yes, back of headstock, and the plate.
Get a spare rear plate, the local rep there may have blanks with them.
I bought one from the PRS store, but they had blanks to give out at the meet & greet I went too.

Back of headstock is most common I'd think. For electric getting a back plate signed is great because it's removable meaning a lighter trip to and from signing and it can be framed easily.

if i could, i'd let PRSh sign my trem cover, since i always leave my trem cover off, i won't have to worry about the signature wearing off ;)

I did something a little weird and different: I had Frank Gambale sign the inside of my back plate. I figured it would be safe from wear that way, and it's like having a little secret inside my guitar. I can always remove it if I want to look at it, or show it to somebody.
