Ok just purchased MT 15 used from GC.

Shipped to me no footswitch not advertised or pictured as having one. It is working fine so far hooked up to mesa 112 with a blackshadow celestion mc 90.

I did not find so far on prs site where i could buy one.

Can i just use one of the fender style one button channel switches or can i / should i buy from prs after calling them?

Thanks John

I reckon any single button switch with a 1/4” jack would work. Won’t hurt anything to try.

It looks like it might be a standard latching switch? (Someone who has one can correct me)

I'm a fan of Saturnworks for stuff like that. They'll build basically any config you want.

When I purchased my MT15 from a private seller on Reverb.com, it came with a footswitch but unfortunately, it stopped working about a month later. I reached out to PRS for a replacement and Sean explained that while there were no replacements presently being sold on the site, he was kind enough to suggest using an alternative footswitch that would work with the MT15. I followed his advice and it worked perfectly, which I still have on my board presently although I do plan to purchase an official PRS MT15 footswitch when it becomes available.

Here is the link. Hope it helps you out like it did for me:

Yes thanks that is the same product that was recommended to me by PRS customer service. The saturn works product that was noted above also looks like a nice product.

I ended up buying something I found on amazon ( mostly because it seemed strong and was delivered the next day ). I ended up getting a switch and a 10 foot cable.

On amazon it is "Hosa FSC-384 footswitch guitar single latching" .
