Where do I find this rare guitar??

Does anyone know where to find good guitars online besides reverb, sweetwater and ebay?

I'm looking for a prs core custom 24, maple satin neck, nice color (besides amber burst, because that seems to be all I can find with satin neck). Most of the artist packages seem to have glossy necks. I've been looking for months, online and in the stores around my city, and can't find one. I know they're out there, I've seen them before.

Check out Moore Music. They have several with maple necks right now. May have to ask them if they're satin or not; can be hard to tell in pics.

I got mine (dry maple neck, ebony board) from Wilcutts last year but you are right... There arent that many out there. There was one on reverb the last time I checked. Its been there a while but the color is 'interesting'... and the price isnt at the good deal level yet.

Look at all the colours! I mean, you have 18 choices just for regular core, but look at all them MOAR choices of colours, every colour under the rainbow, plus blue!

Think of the debate on the colour of his employee guitar, he had me hooked with that purple burst (test).

Yes it turned out so sweet, but for me it will always be a big “what if” when I watched the off-cuts being stained with the discarded colour️️

I was going to suggest precisely that, especially if there's a particular finish the OP is keen on that'd be a great way to go.

Also, @titansfan4196, have you tried contacting some of the sales guys at your nearest shop, or one of the signature dealers? Sometimes it's helpful to put the word out and express your interest in a specific spec, which can end up in finding options you may not have seen listed otherwise. I was recently after a similarly specced CU24, and had one fall in my lap at the local PRS shop, it was a one-off but that's not particularly rare these days. It was hard for me to find an AP model without the matching stain & gloss neck, but that's where much of the demand seems to be.
