TCI was used to develop the Silver Sky pickups, so that was the first year. They have since started using it in the Private stock and costume instruments. I think they said it will be used in all Core starting this year, then will gradually spread to the full USA line.

The 2017 CE will not have TCI.

I believe they started to become available late 2019.

It depends ...

The first TCI pickups were the Silver Sky.

Then Paul's guitar got them.

As of 2020, the McCarty's have them.

I suspect it will be a gradual roll out across the range of pickups.
