Whatever Happened to the Sweet 16 Amp

Beats me! People seem to want low-wattage amps, and these fit that bill. I think they sound really great, too.

I saw one on Jack Gretz' website. Looks kinda tempting.

I've been eyeing these little amps but the single channel thing kinda puts me off. I got a pair so it would only make sense that my amps also have a pair

Guys with a pair, get a pair (of PRS' single channel amps)... ;)

Juicy stuff. Control all the shades of tone from spanky clean to overdriven all with the volume control on the guitar.

2-channel amps don't do it as well.

My Archon 100 does it pretty good. I just want another smaller amp for another room in my house :)
(such as the kitchen........poor wife)

Les is right. Besides, single channel amps come with a built in excuse to buy another amp--the need for a second channel!

Here's mine Sweet 16+. Doesn'the exactly fit the topic, since it's the 6L6 version, at about 40 watts, but still.

With the other single channel brothers (and a two channel Lonestar, because sometimes that's easier/better)
