What to you get when a 4 year old decides he can ramp a Razor (Electric Scooter) over

Nice! My nephews didn't bleed enough as kids, it helps develop character and fortitude. I got a good feeling about this youngster.

Looks like he took it well--hamming it up for the camera. Well, he didn't land the jump, but did he at least catch some righteous air?

+1

Spent part of last night in the ER visiting with a Friend Kid after he landed a jump on his BMX bike but couldn't miss the tree on run out from the landing... He'll be fine...short term and I'd bet on him in the long term too! ;)

bah! that's nothin' but a minor flesh wound. I got stitches somewhere - usually face/head, once a year from age 2 to 12. Took me a decade to 'stabilize the thought processes'. By the time I was 8 or so, the doctors would do the obligatory 'private talk' where they drilled me about what 'really happened' hoping I'd say someone was abusing me. I'd just laugh and roll my eyes and say 'Nope! I just tried to something crazy, and this time it didn't work'. My teens were less problematic in that regard, since I finally learned how to be safely crazy. Now, I'm just plain crazy - but man, the times I had!

Remember Evel Knievel? Well, as it turns out, two logs and two sheets of wood do not equal ramps, a bicycle does not equal a motorcycle, and I do not equal Even Knievel. At least the second time, whereupon I face-planted and knocked out a tooth. Got a nice bridge now because of that.

But do kids listen to us? No...

Actually, that DOES sound a lot like Evel Knievel!

Well played, jfb... Of course, I am playing with an I pad right now...doh!! Of course, I can fall just as easily crossing the street, but the first thing I check (besides who actually saw me fall) is my fingers...silly musicians.
