it's a custom artist guitar. SC knobs with the switch embedded. Cu22 maple neck. Not sure which pickups.

Yep, custom artist build. He has a couple of these. Been rocking them for many years. Basically a Custom 22 with maple neck, two volume, one tone. Likely would've had McCarty pickups, but I wouldn't be surprised if he had Duncan '59s or Lollar Imperials put in.

He also had his Hollowbody II modded for two volume, one tone. He beat Grissom to the punch by several years.
