What does PTC use for fret and fretboard cleaning?

I'd like to know what PTC uses for cleaning frets, polishing and basic fretboard maintenance. What products? Do you guys use tape for covering the FB? What model? What brand? etc...

I know they would probably use the PRS Fretboard conditioner, but when it comes to cleaning frets? What method? Steel wool? Naptha?

Not sure there. I've always used steel wool. It's messy but does the job well. I'm thinking about trying some of the "fret erasers" from stew-mac though.

Just a little reminder to stay AWAY from pickups with steel wool and make sure the little bits don't get near them...They're magnets, you know. You'll be picking that fuzz out of them forever.
