What did you practice with/gig this week?

I am in the Tampa area again - Brandon, FL. I HATE it compared to TN, but I'm making great money again, lol. I'd love to do one of those concert cruises.
Dang. Maybe next year. The Blues Cruise has, at least one year we were on it, left out of Tampa. So if you are still in Tampa rolling in all that cash and if the cruise leaves out of Tampa we'll make it happen. We would love to see you play.

And definitely you should do one of the concert cruises. So much fun. This one is, as you know, blues. We have been introduced to so many players we didn't know of. But one thing it is not is relaxing! We get up, have breakfast, and do relax until mid or late morning. And then the music starts. From then on we are running from concert venue to concert venue until 10 or 11 or midnight. Sleep a little. Repeat!

As I said, I should weigh it. Maybe mine is uncharacteristically heavy. I am especially sensitive to guitar weight due to back issues. I love playing it but only do so sitting down and have thought about selling it. It is way heavier than my Pauls.

I haven't gigged in years, but I've never really thought any of my guitars as being too heavy.

Their opinion of me, however...

Sorry, had to pull old pics. No fresh ones available.

Last night I went to play with a few people. My original thought was to bring my Casino or Les Paul. Honestly part of that was because I felt weird (not knowing them) to pull out this not inexpensive Paul's guitar . . . but I brought the PRS. (not that the Les Paul or even the Casino is cheap). And I'm really happy I did. It is such a beautifully sounding and versatile instrument!
