What is this color called?

[Update: I emailed customer service. It's Vintage Amber]

... and bonus question: can you order a non-private stock in something like orange tiger, or blood orange with only the top colored and leaving the body and neck without color tint and more natural?

Not sure on color. perhaps "Caramel".

Do you mean you want the back pretty well unstained, with just the V12 finish applied? Versus the "stock" look which involves a medium stain, like the CU24 here on Sweetwater's site?:

Maybe you can specify a lighter or no stain on the back/neck via the Artist Package. If you order a Core guitar with the Artist Package option (adds cost, of course), you get more options for colors, including "natural back" on some of them. Look here for the Core CU24:

Click on the Artist Package box down near the bottom.

IMHO I think PRS does a good job of matching the stain to the body, and most woods (other than the obvious ebony, rosewood, cocobolo) are fairly pale if left unstained. My SE ZM has a relatively light or no stain on the mahogany (and it looks good!), but one of my bandmates couldn't believe it was mahogany because it wasn't the color of dark honey or maple syrup, or even darker.

yeah, no tint or a little darkening tint, but still brown, like this Red Tiger CU22: http://www.ebay.com/itm/292001474700 except I can't see the 'Natural Binding' which I'd still want.
I see the Artist Natural Option, but it's on very few colors. My (yellow) Santana is very natural on the back and I love it, even though the mahogany does look much lighter than you'd usually expect out of mahogany. So with a darker color like red tiger, orange tiger, or blood orange, I'd be ok with darker brown. It's not like I'm asking for something they're not already doing in one fashion or the other, but I guess you'd need some sort of limited run?
