What can be ordered with a core line model?

I have never ordered a PRS and I was wondering what exactly can you order with a core line guitar? Can I order the fret size, Floyd, wiring? I am sure you can order all of this with a Private Stock model, but how much can be ordered with a core line model, besides color and an Artist package?

Nope, nope and nope.

Other than what is listed on the spec page, such as occasional neck shape options, not a whole lot of changes that can be made without moving to AP or PS.

You could order a couple hookers and an 8 ball. Whether or not they will be delivered is another story.

That's about it.

When I ordered my custom 22 it came to the dealer the wrong color. PRS was understanding and remade it right away. I was asked if there was something they could do to make up for it.

I asked for an ebony fretboard and that I would pay for the upgrade.

No dice. It came with a rosewood fretboard.

It seems if you want to customize you have to go artist or PS.

As far as PS guitars go.....well they are kind of above my pay grade, especially in multiples. One maybe, but having several no.

For sure, if you see something online with neck shape and color/top - get it! Ordering only useful if you can't get the color or neck shape you like.
