They're both right. PRS Signature Strings - manufactured by D'Addario. Not sure anyone here really knows if there is something different about the PRS or if they are just repackaged D'Addario. Knowing PRS, I would bet there is something slightly different about them.

the PRS strings are sprayed with Sonic Unobtainium so they have better tone than standard D'Addarios

The PRS strings feel a little different to me. I actually prefer them to the D'Addario-branded strings.

I've got no axe to grind here; I don't use either one. I'm a pure nickel strings person.

I like Sonotone Vintage (pure nickel). They're brighter than most pure nickel strings, but still have that nice, round fundamental tone that nickel-plated steel strings don't give me.

Got my first core 594 a few months ago. All I know is I want it to always sound like this so i will buy whatever strings that came with it. So, you're telling me they are which ones?
