;-). Probably a Furch OM classic-1
The Furch OM Classic Is On Deck For Tomorrow. ;) The Polka Dot Was Fun But I Am White Glove With That One.

Today I Am Back On My All Korina, Brazilian Board McCarty. What A Guitar!

The Furch is a great, expressieve guitar. Solid rosewood and sitka spruce top.

The all korina guitar should be awesome. Still puts a smile on my face every time I pick up mine. If only mine had the brazzy board ;-).

I Am A Big Fan Of Korina. I Love Its Simplicity And Look...I Think It Is A Beautiful Wood And It Sounds Glorious. I Wish I Had More Korina Guitars. I Am Looking For Explorers And V's In Korina As Well.

I don't have one favorite guitar, but I do have favorites of each type, along with specific axes I favor for certain applications.

I still absolutely love the first PRS I ever bought, an '87. Eventually I retired that one from active duty and replaced the HFS/VB pickups in my '97 CE22 with the '1985' reissue set so it could reproduce the old favorite tones. That CE became my touring guitar for some time.

For my current fusion project I favor a 20th Anniversary Custom 22 with Bareknuckle Polymath humbuckers. It had unpotted Duncan Antiquities when I go it but those had feedback problems even at moderate volume levels. Once in awhile I'll bring the DGT instead, or my beautiful McNaught VDC; that one sounds great and is a joy to play but it's also quite heavy. I'm pushing seventy now and I tire more easily than I used to.

For blues, the go-to is still my favorite Strat. Refinished & refretted by time I bought her in the early 80s but she was born in October of '63.
Occasionally I'll choose a P90 axe for blues. My nicest is an LP Custom with staple neck pickup; it's named Nightbird after Allison Steele.

There's a favorite Les Paul Standard too, a pre-Historic reissue I got through Guitar Trader. Played thousands of shows together over the decades.
Each is the weapon of choice for specific uses.

Pics of guitars mentioned in the previous post.

My first PRS, an '87 Standard, incredibly lively. Plain to look at, but man does she sing!

The CE that got '1985' reissue pickups and took over as my gigging axe:

20th Anni that I use with the fusion project:

My DGT, this one's a 10-top. Apologies for the crummy pic:

The McNaught VDC, lovely quilt. I have a VSC model too that's nearly as pretty.
Both great guitars - McNaughts have a super deep neck tenon that extends under the maple cap nearly to the bridge.

Favorite of all my Strats, the refin '63:

LP Custom with staple neck pickup. I have other Customs but they're humbucker types:

My '83 pre-Historic LP, Amaterasu, showing four decades of wear. But her scars were earned in battle.

Today it's Ms. Raven as she's perfect for the season
