What are you doing to stay in shape?

Rest is important for recovery. In the last ten consecutive days I’ve logged 237 outside bike miles (temps on the 30’sF) and 6 weight training sessions. My body is tired. Tomorrow I rest which includes my weekly professional deep tissue massage.
 
Ran my heart rate up to 178 today in a misguided attempt to get a fifth consecutive personal best on a Wattopia loop.
Probably do sprints tomorrow: as hard as possible for 20 seconds every 12 minutes.

Typical week these days is:
daily flexibility - 35-40 minutes
3x cardio - trainer for an hour
2x weight training typically 3 sets of 10-12 exercises
1 cardio biased fitness class
1 yoga class
1 golf - simulator these days. They’ve gotten pretty good
some wild card: ski, skate, snow shoe, hike

Total of 12-14 hours most weeks.
