What are you buying with your tax returns this year?

Investing a little bit for my daughter and using the rest to pay for stuff we already bought!

Depends on What I get back. Pay off some 2014 Prs purchases and any left over possibly a 408.....

Hookers and blow came to mind too but I don't like either lol

I really should learn to play the guitar before I buy anymore gear but...the HB II is looking mighty tempting.

Might cost me my marriage though.

Might be worth it... :vroam:

Great trade, Mike!

(Joke from the past...)

Since we've been getting regular bonuses at work, I don't usually get any of our refund for music gear. So it might be new laptop time. The old one is only 8 or 9 years old, and I'm not sure my wife will want to replace it. She didn't want to replace the kids at that age, so there's a precedent.

Paid off some debts and added another by putting the first payment on my s2 though zzounds, only 11 more to go!

I'm hoping to add something...maybe a 4x12. Will have to see. There's some home improvements I want to take care of first.

What's a tax return? I think I may have heard they exist, but have never actually seen one. Bet they're nice. : - /

I report all band income and take every deduction I'm entitled to but wife is a realtor so the irs is always knocking on our door. No refunds here.

I got a prs s2 singlecut in grey black from Sweetwater and it is a sweet guitar. Sweetwater rocks, I got the best deal anywhere and my sales engineer Chris is awesome. A few good things to note about the s2 singlecut are: It stays in tune for days (literally) and the tones I can get out of it are so sweet from sparkly cleans to chunky metal. The neck is the most comfortable I've played and the fretboard is rolled nicely. The fret work is clean and the action is low. Thanks to the wraparound tail piece setup is a breeze.Did I mention this was my first prs and will not be my last. Initially I had my heart set on a sc245 but I was between guitars and diddnt wanna wait any longer. I was worried I'd be disappointed until I played the s2 singlecut and all my worries went away. Sorry for the long post I'm just extremely sattisfied with my s2 and wanted to share my experience.

Awesome! No apology needed, it's why we're all here:top: Welcome!

If you need someone to blame, I'm here for ya!

I have the same issues (I want an HB II and wife who has other "plans") - along with the fact that I usually owe money on April 15, so I don't do my taxes until the last minute.

Congrats to you! You seem thrilled and that's what it's all about. The feelings we go through when we get a new guitar, or amp, or what have you... Such a great thing!

Goldtop Lloyd

P.S. - Any pictures of that new Singlecut?

[h=3]If you are getting a large enough refund to make a difference it's because you had too much withheld during the year. You loaned money to the government at 0% interest. Change your withholding so that you get the money in your paycheck.[/h]
