If you’re into 1 piece tops (which I generally am NOT), this might be a candidate:

I quite like this one piece. The waves below the bridge appeal to me.

This is a more ‘traditional’ look.

But quilt doesn’t have to be maple. I find this sappelle fascinating.

I always loved this one, so much I have a build in that color scheme with a yet to be found similar quilt top:

I admit @Tosca 's Dragon Breath Glow, Aqua Violet Glow, Sergio Blue Glow, and his recent MEV Sub-zero glow are all up there.


I was able to get a tubular quilt top very much like that Laguna DB on my recent Warmoth build, so very happy with it too:

That’s pretty incredible. By the way, I’m only considering the wood in this thread, and not the color (although that is very nice).

The OP didn't limit this to PRS guitars
and yet I only see 1 non PRS guitar so far.

I refuse to believe only 1 person out there
