Standard are .047" tall, Santana are .055" tall, really nothing taller than that except some monster wire only Allparts sells and no commercial builder uses.
But that .07" makes a difference in feel. KL33s for instance, do not have Santana wire.

I definitely notice the difference between the Santana wire and the normal PRS wire, and prefer the Santana size. Wish that was an option on other models. First thing I noticed about the KL33 is it didn't have Santana wire; that and the neck is a lot bigger than any Santana I've owned. More like a Gibson R7 than a Santana profile.

Yeah, there’s some variation between examples, for sure, and there have been a few versions of Santana’s.
I’m not a break out the calipers and tape measure guy, and just kinda go with what’s an acceptable feel for me, so I’m not much help in a scientific way.
The Santana I kept definitely feels a little smaller in body thickness, and the neck a little slimmer, but it feels.. “sportier” than my WSL or KL33, in a good way, and in a way that helps me justify keeping it. I don’t notice a difference in feel of the size of the frets though.
I assume the KL33 used the CNC program and specs left over from the Santana III.
