...I will admit, the wedding was a little bit rough around the edges. And then I changed the strings over to some D'Addario NYXLs and fiddled a bit with the pickup height and cranked up the volume a bit. Now my new SC245 and I are having a grand 'ole time making musical babies.

Bad honeymoon puns aside, I'm not sure I've played a guitar that kicks me in the gut as much as this one does; and I'm not talking plugged in, I'm talking when I hit an A or a G or an E unplugged. I can literally feel it kicking me in the gut through the guitar body. It's awesome. It's like PRS grew a neck out of the guitar body, the neck joint is so good.

I suppose a good sign is that I'm ready to call my instrument insurance agency and have them add a serial number to my policy... ;)

Here's the Sweetwater pic in lieu of me having a decent camera:

Glad to hear things turned out! I was beginning to worry reading your previous thread

Excellent! I'd say your explanation is exactly how Paul wants his guitars to make you feel.

It looks monstrous with the black sides (in a good way).

That's one thing that thoroughly impressed me with my newly acquired Custom 24... the resonance.

It's something that I never really noticed with other guitars I've played, but I can truly feel the guitar resonating, and it feels like magic. Not sure if PRS just does something different than other brands I've tried, or maybe this guitar just does it in a way that's more noticeable.... but either way, it's here to stay :)

That is one sweet axe!!! Love that color. I have a "baby brother" version of this, SE with 57/08's, and even that is a killer guitar, so I bet this one is off the charts!

Happy for you that you started 2016 in harmony and sweet vibrations with your newly
Acquired beauty.

nicely done brother... Rock on

Nice! Love guitars that you can feel the whole guitar resonate!

Cool guitar!I think most people new to PRS,me included, compare PRS with Gibson or fender in the beginning.Part of the honeymoon is to discover PRS has a sound of their own.
