In the chance anyone is interested, it's called "Laurel Canyon. A place in time." It's 2:30 long. I watched bits of it before bed over the last few nights. I found it fascinating.
A pretty cool look at how music was changing from folk to electric in the mid 60's and how many musicians migrated to that particular area and how music evolved over the next few years. A very unique area that's has it's own character. Seems like the area alone brought the creativity out.
That's right around the time when I was first getting interested in music. Hearing the stories and songs from that time pulled me right in. A very different time in history that I don't think will ever happen again. Individuality, creativity, finding your own thing and encouragement were high on the agenda's at that time.
I really enjoyed this one.
