Volume drop after pickup change

I have a PRS 245 SE I got in a trade last year. I like everything but the pickups and the tuners, I upgraded to locking one.

When I switched out the bridge for a Seymour Duncan JB, I noticed something weird. With the selector switch in the middle, there is a volume drop when either volume pot is at 10. But drop down just below, and the volume is louder. Have I wired something wrong, was the wiring modded before I got it, or is it a weird side effect of the JB being hotter than the stock neck pickup?

Sounds like one pup is out of phase with the other.

phase problem dude either flip the neck pickup around or rewire the JB
