Beautiful guitars, Deft! I thought the only T&B years were 85, 86 & 87?1988 Custom, Whale Blue with Moons and 1989 Custom, Vintage Yellow with Birds. Both 100% stock with T&B pickups.

You must be new around here????
Lol
Thanks for the info, Deft. Thanks, man. I've had the blue one since 2007. I just got the yellow one for my 62nd birthday. I'll soon write a proper review...
Based on player feedback, in mid-1987 PRS changed the magnetic slugs under the first and second strings on the Treble pickup to stainless steel in order to rein in the brightness, thereby giving rise to the "2nd Generation T&B" moniker you may be familar with.
My '88 has stamped T&Bs, the '89's have stickers.
It's my understanding that the T&Bs were finally phased out around 1991.
I'm joking. I don't post pics to forums. I'm too lazy to put in the work....lolYes, and no, gush. It's likely that I've seen your '86 before, if not here, on the BaM Forum. Guess I'll "do my own research", lol...

Sure thingI’ll take that action please. I’ll DM you my email if that’s ok?
Yeah, thats right, I said it - VINTAGE PRS!
I want to see your 1985 or pre-1985 stuff. Maybe even throw in an '86 - '88. Semi-vintage First year Private Stocks, first year McCartys, Dragon I, II, III. Rarities.
It's time vintage PRS gains more momentum in the collector community. I want to talk about them with you. Looking forward to it!
