View of Mt Rainier a mile from my home

Pics turned out bad with my Droid Bionic, as I used zoom, and it was pretty shaky
Took these around 5:30 am today heading back home.
Sometimes I wish I would remember to keep a better camera in the rig with me.

It is always a treat to see the mountain when it is clear out.
From my town where I shot this, it would take me around an hour to get up to Mt Rainier National Park which has in your face views of it.

Here is a shot from 2010 when I was camped up at the White River campground.
One of my favorite campgrounds as you have great views from your camping spots and when hiking the trails there.

I know it's not the Devil's Tower but it reminds me of this:
