Stumbled upon this one by accident yesterday:

There are quite a few interesting tricks and color schemes in there for those who dabble in staining figured maple.
Very curious to see how salmon, and that purple + hot pink actually look like in person.

That was really cool to watch. Thanks for posting. I guess they don't want to show some of the really cool techniques like glow, dragon breath in any detail - trade secrets maybe?

Those are IMO actually pretty easy. They have fade videos posted and breath/glow is the same technique, just in a different pattern. I did one last year and if a beginner like me can do it I think it’s not that hard, what is hard though is getting the right colors for something like Laguna Dragon Breath/Glow

There's a YouTube channel called "BigDguitars" and he shows a lot of the same staining techniques with leather dyes which look really close to some PRS colors.

Watching/listening now. Very cool stuff.

Curious about the background music. Anyone have any idea what/who that is, or just stock "background tunes"?

EDIT: oh, and his comment about staining a very yellow wood with blue is "going to have some green there" really shows how (for example) Aquamarine can look so different from guitar to guitar, yet also look so similar to Blue Matteo at times.
