Vela With Stoptail??

I was looking at Dave's Guitar Shop and noticed he had 2 Velas with stoptail bridges. I thought they all had Tele style saddles?

Dave does seem to get a lot of one-offs/prototypes.

If you're interested in one, I would grab it. The neck angle is different for a stoptail vs the tele style hardtail, and I doubt they would switch it back.

What do you reckon the tonal difference is?

I tried a Vela for the first time yesterday - while I didn't spend a ton of time with it, I didn't hear anything that really jumped out at me as being too different from a stoptail PRS. It did sound dang good though.
