Anybody seen any Vela neck pickups being sold? I'd like to get my hands on one for a project. Didn't see anything on Reverb or the Bay. Thought maybe somebody around here might have a line on one.

You could give a FrankenTone Lil Chester a try. By origin and appearance at least, they seem identical to the Type D.

I might have to check that out if I don't find an actual Vela pickup.

Only difference I see there is the brass base plate. The PRS G&B and FrankenTone both have nickel-silver.
