I wonder about those old Sorcerer's Apprentice fat coil bridge humbuckers though; never played one personally but I suspect they might be pretty dark sounding. I think Paul probably had good reason to move to regular size coils. Not that I wouldn't love to own one, you understand.

Don’t try to make sense of it. It’s just marketing.

But private stock and pre-factory are incompatible. Little dragons came before the factory.
