Urgent help please

It's a good mates 50th birthday real soon and I know his better half has got him a stripped 58 in black gold. So I want to get him a nice PRS strap so he can wear his guitar in style, however my mate likes to wear his guitar low and I don't think a standard PRS strap at 50" is long enough! Any ideas folks?

I am 6'6" tall and like my guitars low-ish. My wife got me this one for Christmas and it is long enough at 55" max.

EDIT: Forgot to mention this strap is ridiculously nice. It is by far the nicest strap I have ever owned.

The only way to know for sure is to take his current strap and measure it!

I once used a leather boot lace to extend the reach of a guitar strap, kinda like those acoustic guitar people do, only I used it on the rear strap loop.

I am 6'6" and had a hard time finding a nice strap to fit, and then I found these guys: http://www.couchguitarstraps.com/guitar-straps.html They are 67" eye to eye, so long enough for just about anyone. They are very high quality, and have some made from very cool vintage materials. I received mine with a hand written thank you note. Would and will buy from them again.
