Tuning Peg Question

I have PRS's with Phase II's and III's. Love the III's and want to convert the II's to III's but the holes would not line up.

Is there a different brand that is the same quality and gear ratio as the III's that would line up with the holes for II's???

Hipshot locking open back tuner with ump will do the trick. Best of all is that they are USA made, and very affordable.
