Hello, I have recently purchased a 2021PRSSE custom 24. I would like to put locking tuners on it. Do I have to buy left-handed locking tuners or will a set of right handed locking tuner holes lineup?

You'll need PRS Phase III SE Locking Tuners. Though I'd call PRS Customer Service to be sure this is what you'd need. The PRS Phase IIIs are 3+3 L/R side-by-side tuners, not 6-in-lines left or right handed. A qualified guitar tech or luthier can help direct you to replacing your tuners if perhaps you may not be able to do so yourself.

You can also contact @John Mann - he's the maestro of PRS tuner replacements. You can get direct SE replacements, or he can turn your tuners into lockers (something I need to explore w/a couple of mine).
