Well, maybe it's ok to pay the PRS premium and get their Quality parts.........

I didn't like the chrome on my McCarty so I spent $64 to get Faux bone from PRS... I like them but decided to go with wood, so rather than pay $115 on PRS Ebony... I spent $45 from xxxx Ninja and got snakewood because they didn't have ebony. They look ok but kinda cheap, and are really thin...

Have to wait till the eagle fly's and bite the bullet for ebony.

FWIW I put some ebony ones on my 594 recently. I got them off of eBay. Seems they are allparts brand for gotoh tuners. Small Schaller style. They are smaller, but I like it personally, and fit perfectly. Got them for $26. No complaints. FWIW just to make sure people know, these only fit the phase 3 locking tuners.

I put the pearloids on my SCT. Had to go through 3 sets to find ones that were quality consistent as far as fit. I really like the way they look.
