TSA grade hard case for the SE Hollowbody II?

I've been (unsuccessfully) trying to find a TSA grade fly case for my SE Hollowbody II. I've seen a couple that appeared close (including the D-1 that PRS sells) but they cite a 2" internal thickness measurement and by my measurement at its thickest the HBII appears to exceed that.

Has anyone found a TSA case model that's a fit for the HBII?

I had the same problem. There isn’t one. What I finally did was buy the Gator GTSA-GTR335, and use padding to take up the extra space.

I’ve flown with the stock HB case in the overhead bin. It’s small enough that they let it on board.

The larger solid body case I have had to luggage check. (Fragile label and hand walked on and off the plane by a handler).
