I'm new to PRS and to this forum. Just got a SE Custom 22 semi-hollow -- great sound, great ergonomics, beautiful design. Lots of buzzing, zinging and clacking, on all strings. Capo at 1st fret, pressing down last fret, checking the 8th fret there is no relief at all -- the string is sitting on the fret.

So.....I will add some relief to the neck via a truss rod adjustment. Anything I should be aware of, before I dive in? Since I haven't owned a PRS guitar before, I thought I would ask before doing it.

Thanks for the tips and advice. To close the loop on this, it went fine, and I've got good relief on the neck now. Truss rod adjustment was easy. Actually the harder part was getting the little cover plate back in place over the truss rod cavity. My fingers aren't as nimble as they used to be. Anyway, all better now.
