It's common to express depth in hundredths of an inch.
So at the nut:
Pattern - 0.84"
Pattern Thin - 0.78"
Pattern Regular - 0.84" (but nut is 1/32 narrower, so it feels a tad smaller than Pattern)
Pattern Vintage - 0.89"
It may not seem like a lot, but 10 hundredths of an inch makes a big difference on a neck. Pattern Thin is definitely thin, while Pattern and Regular are both medium, Pattern Vintage is fat.
For reference, an Ibanez Wizard neck is about 0.70" (crazy thin) and about the biggest you can find on aftermarket Fender replacement parts is an even 1" (HUUUUGE).
