Hey fellas…first post , hello all !!
I just bought this from GC online where it was listed as a Tremonti…upon closer inspection the truss rod cover doesn’t say Tremonti and the bridge pup has a pup cover on it …(obviously I know the previous owner could have made these modifications )
The color is a ‘grey/blue burst type color.
(I’d post a pic but I don’t think I’m allowed yet lol)
How do I know it’s not a 495 or somethin’ lol , will the back of the headstock say it , or any other serial # indicators I can look for ?
Thanks so much in advance!

Is This An SE Or A Core Model? The Original USA Tremonti Has His Name On The 12 Fret So I Am Guessing It Is A Newer Model. Trem Or Fixed Bridge? Hang Tag? Case Candy?

If Not, As Was Stated Above, The Best Thing Is To Call PRS.

Congrats On A New Guitar...Hope You Enjoy It!

A grey/blue burst type doesn't give much to help.

A Tremonti has an uproute for the trem models. There isn't a 594 trem.

It’s a sweet guitar no doubt but I think I can do a bit for the price …and I was wanting that flatter Tremonti neck profile …aren’t rhe 594 ‘rounder more 50’s LP type ?

Oh , what’s the ‘deal’ with those ?
Best damn singlecut PRS ever made in my opinion. No plastic binding, phase 3 tuners, 5708 pickups, and my favorite PRS neck shape, pattern.

I have both a trem Tremonti and Stripper 58. My SC needs are covered.

Wow , really interesting thanks …how’s the neck profile compare to the Tremonti

A little chunkier. When I first got into PRS I was a widethin guy like the Tremonti. Then I picked up the Stripper and pattern instantly became my favorite. I still like my widethin guitars but if I had a choice pattern or widefat would be the winner.

Interesting , thanks for the info…I have 2 Gibby R8’s so I kinda have that ‘chunkier’ thing covered lol .
