I got a pre lawsuit tremonti se in platinum color. Just wondering what's it worth ?
If I was to sell it to trade it in would I get more money for it being a pre law suit ?

It's worth about $300-500 retail depending on condition.

The lawsuit means nothing at this point. Had gibson won and they stopped making them or had to drastically change it then maybe but yours is really no different than the one I can buy off the wall today.

Paul himself has said that all they did was stop making them. When the stupidity ended he just fired up the line again. Everything stayed in place during the down time. No difference in quality in his mind.
