Has anyone installed a Tremol-No on a SE CU24? I want to hard-tail my SE CU24, and it has the stock SE trem. From my understanding, the SE trem is different than the USA trem, and I'm concerned the version recommended on the Tremol-No website won't fit.

get the clamp version. There is a lot of travel in that clamp on them. I have one in my core cu24 and love it as most of the stuff I play and cant remain hard tailed but 2 seconds and I have a perfectly functional trem. Mine came with some extra spacers and stuff and like I said there is a lot of travel in that clamp so it should have zero issue being able to tighten it down. When you initially install it leave the clamp lose, just tight enough it won't fall off and work the trem to make sure there is zero binding in it, if it's lose you can move it a little back and forth until you find the sweet spot and then tighten it down. Once it's right it's a cool gizmo.

Awesomest little gadget ever. I never use my trem and I wanted it as a hard tail an he best part is the tuning stability and extra sustain. Just amazing

I use one on a 6 Screw Vintage American trem on one of my Strats- I HATE trems!. This one is locked down with all six front pivot screws tight AND a Tremol-No lalso firmly locked tight. Nice gizmo! ( hardtail bodies are nearly impossible to find) the MIM R. Cray is the only common model- mine, my Cray came from USA Custom Shop. Yes, 2 Strats.
