Trem arm sinking into bridge on my custom 24

I'm using my trem arm on my Custom 24 a bit more and noticing that as I use the trem arm it tends to sink, slip into the bridge giving less and less leverage the more I use it until it's buried. This does not happen on my EG2 as it has a screw holding it place. My Torero Floyd also doesn't have this problem but that's a completely different bridge.

Any advice?

Tighten the grub screw that holds the bushing on the trem. It’s on the back.
