Trem arm issue - help!

I have a new 35th anniversary CU24 but I cannot insert the trem bar. I see a small hole where I assumed a small screw could be adjusted. But with a flashlight I really can’t tell what is or isn’t in there…

Should be an Allen wrench in the case that fits it… a set screw.
