So have any of you guys had an issue taking out an old trem arm bushing? The one in my 93 CU24 wasn't level and the arm was angled way too high for me so I decided to try and take it out. When I really looked at the existing bushing I realized there was corrosion around it. Scraped what I could away, and tried to get the bushing out. Well it's so brittle that it snapped, so now I have half an old bushing still stuck in the guitar. From what I can tell there's corrosion all the way down the length of the space in the trem. It was a well used guitar even before I got it.

Anybody ever dealt with this or have any suggestions? The only thing I can think of is getting a paddle bit smaller than the diameter of the hole and drilling away the old bushing.
