Merry Christmas and happy New Year to ALL. I am setting here with the wife sipping some tequila and having good conversation. Tomorrow I will be roasting a nice standing rib roast (prime rib) for the first time. I have been doing surf and terf (steak and shrimp) for my wife the last several years since we live in South Florida for Christmas. This year she had a request that was different. I am up for a challenge. I mean, this is the same woman that talked me into doing the private stock build and made the trip to the factory with me. She gets what she wants.
